Part 1: Intermediate SQL
During this portion of the training, students will learn how to extract data from multiple database tables by writing advanced SQL queries utilizing JOINs, UNIONs, and other intermediate SQL techniques. Upon completing the training, students will apply these skills by writing and executing SQL reports for the client, producing and delivering weekly operational reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Tues., Sept. 8th and Wed., Sept. 9th:6:30pm - 8:15pm
During this portion of the training, students will first learn how to write Python scripts that execute the same SQL queries they previously developed using SQL. Next, they will build upon these skills by learning how to automate SQL query execution, retrieve data from the client's database, and generate recurring reports using Python. Students will then apply their Python knowledge to automate their weekly reporting process, eliminating manual report generation. Finally, students will develop an AI agent capable of generating SQL queries from natural language requests, executing those queries against the client's database, and analyzing the results to deliver meaningful business insights.
