Refund Policy/Terms & Conditions

– No refunds

– Reschedules need a 24 hour minimum notice or 1 hour of training will be deducted from your remaining balance.
      – Cancelation notifications are required to be made via email or through the booking calendar site. All other forms of communication will not be accepted.

– No shows will be charged 1 hour of training that will be deducted from your remaining balance.

– We have a 15 minute waiting period. After this time, the class will be canceled and 1 hour of training will be deducted from your remaining balance.
