Welcome to the Resume Laboratory! This one on one consultation session is customized for literally anybody seeking to enhance or learn new resume writing skills.

As a HR Professional who has worked with Fortune 500 companies and someone who has been responsible for hiring 100+ employees & skimming more than 20,000 Resumes, Yvette Frierson will share with you my knowledge that she has gained over the last 20 years working in Talent Acquisition. By the end of this consultation, your will be able to avoid common mistakes, select a resume layout that works for you, understand resume sections, and customize your own marketable resume.

- Prior to your one on one session, our HR Partner, Yvette Frierson, will personally audit your resume to prior to your actual one on one session (all registrants must have a current version of some form of resume)
– Full one hour of one on one time with a veteran recruiter via ZOOM
– Get insider knowledge from an HR Professional so you understand what hiring professionals (Recruiters, HR, and Hiring Managers) at major companies want to see
– Write impressive achievements using a simple formula to help you stand out from the crowd
– Understand how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) can cause your resume to never be seen by HR – and how to FIX this for good
– Learn easy fixes to sticky situations such as employment gaps, lack of experience, changing careers, and more
– By the end of this course, you will have learned how to present your skills, qualifications, and abilities in an effective way to finish your new resume template and start sending it out

When Will This Resume Laboratory Take Place?
All students who register for the Resume Laboratory will be sent a booking link to book their one hour ZOOM session on Tuesday, February 28th. Please note, the available time slots will be designated to weeknights and weekends. You can choose the time slot that works best for you and your schedule as this will be held on a one on one basis!
