Microsoft Excel – Formulas Boot Camp (Virtual)

Description

IMPORTANT NOTE: All students that elect to register for this boot camp are required to have Microsoft Excel downloaded on their laptop prior to the start of the boot camp. Macbooks and PC laptops are allowed for this boot camp. If you are using a Macbook, you are required to have Microsoft Excel downloaded on your laptop prior to the training. All students are required to at least have Microsoft Excel 2021 or newer installed. If you do not have Microsoft Excel 2021 installed, we will provide you with a free trial link for Microsoft Excel that will span 30 days. This link will be sent seven days prior to the start of the boot camp.  Our team will conduct virtual software audit tests at least seven days prior to the start of the boot camp.

In this boot camp, students will learn core Microsoft Excel formulas that will cover the following topics:

• Lookups
• If Statements
• Text and Date Functions
• Error Correction Techniques

 

We ask that all students who register for this boot camp to have at least beginner Excel knowledge that covers the following:

• Filtering
• Sorting
• Formatting
• Mathematical operations (SUM, COUNT, AVERAGE, etc.)
• Data entry
• Spreadsheet navigation
• Save options

We will assume that all students who have registered for this boot camp is capable of completing the required mandated beginner skills listed above as these topics will not be covered in the boot camp.

• Sunday, May 28th, 2023 – 9:30a to 12:30p EST
• Tuesday, May 30th, 2023 – 6:30p to 9:00p EST
• Saturday, June 3rd, 2023 – 9:30a to 12:30p EST
• Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 – 6:30p to 9:00p EST

Students will receive all prep information for their selected boot camps at least 7 days prior to the official start date of each boot camp.  

 

All class sessions will be recorded. If you plan to be absent on any of the scheduled in person training sessions, the course recordings is a great substitution for in class attendance.
