THIS ACADEMY IS SOLELY ONE ON ONE. THIS WILL NOT BE CONDUCTED IN A BOOTCAMP SETTING!

The Process

So, how does the Freelance Academy work? See the process below:

1.) Enroll in the Freelance Academy

2.) Take a skills assessment 

• This will allow us to figure out what you should skills you should monetize. In this assessment, you will answer questions about different data analytics skills and software. You will not need to take a knowledge exam. We just need to assess which skills you feel the most comfortable in pursuing to monetize.

3.) Schedule first one on one session with our in house freelancing consultant

*Sessions can take place at any available time on the client/consultant calendar. For example, if you purchase the Academy in November 2020 and are unable to schedule a session until July 2021, that is more than okay!

• In this session, the consultant will discuss the results of your assessment.

4.) Conduct remaining four one on one sessions with freelance consultant that will cover the following:

*With the installment payments, you are only able to schedule 1 one on one session per month until your payment is made in full. For example, if you have made 2 out of 3 installment payments, then you can only schedule 2 one on one sessions at max. Once all three payments have been made, you will be able to schedule your remaining 3 one on one sessions. 

• In these sessions, the consultant will discuss the following:

  • Portfolio Preparation

  • LinkedIn

  • Sourcing potential clients

  • Crafting communication media to sourced short list of clients and leads

  • NDAs

  • Rates and negotiation

  • Taxes and financial accounts set up

5.) Receive Freelance Academy Summary

• PDF wrap-up of consultation sessions that will include a documented process of the following:

  • Client Sourcing

  • Effective Client Communication

  • Rates
